TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Policy

  • We reserve the right to charge fees for our services, and we will confirm these fees with you in advance.

  • Our fees are due biweekly in advance, with payments due every other Wednesday.

  • If payment is not received by Wednesdays at 5:00 pm, we will be unable to provide services for your dog the following week. Please note that all payments made in advance are non-refundable. 

  • To ensure timely payments and uninterrupted service, we recommend setting up a standing order.

 

Cancellation

  • Please note that once you have booked your dog in for our services, we have reserved that space exclusively for them. If you cancel any bookings with less than 7 days' notice (prior to the commencement of our services), you will be charged a fee of 50% of the total fee for those services. Services cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full charge.

 

Holding Fee

  • We have a limited number of spaces available each week. As such, if you wish to take your dog out of our services for a certain period, we will be unable to guarantee that we will be able to provide our services at the point that you wish to continue with our services unless you reserve a space. To reserve a space, we will charge a holding fee of 80% of the total cost of our fees for that period (payable in advance). Payment of the holding fee will secure your dog's place until they return.

Frequent days off

  • We reserve the right to charge a holding fee if your dog is frequently taken out of daycare.

Withdrawal of Services

  • Please note, as a small business, we require 4 weeks' notice if you wish to stop using our services.

 

Females in heat

  • To reserve your dog's space, a holding fee of 80% of the total cost of our fees for that period is required in advance. Females are not able to attend when in heat.

 

  • If you do not plan to spay your dog, we will not be able to continue offering our services.
